Other brews combined with hops.
Aroma: lychee, muscat, white flowers?
On the palate, the sweet and sourness comes through directly without any alcohol. It is swishy and has great clarity.
Being a hops craft saké, I imagined it would have a flavor like the rice and agave flower style I had before, but that one was more savory and this one might be sweeter. But it's a clear drink, so it doesn't hook me.
Anyway, the aroma is good. It is like a sake (craft saké) to enjoy the aroma.
Some highly aromatic sakes are sweet and leave a lingering aftertaste, but this one is probably because it comes from hops. It has a smooth and refreshing mouthfeel and does not sink into sweetness.
It is not too much like an alcoholic beverage, and it tastes like a juice that you can easily drink on its own.
