Kayo
It's been a long time since I've had an arabashiri. It has been a long time since I had this kind of Sentori.
It has a nice, calm acidity. Rounded sourness. The taste is softly felt in the middle of the tongue, and then the aroma spreads to the whole body. It reminds me of an apple with honey.
I like the ceramic and tin. Fuji is too moderate.
