On a cold day like this, I want to drink something warm. That's why I've been enjoying a lukewarm glass of Holy Tadaho.
It's slightly sweet when you put it in your mouth, but after it goes down your throat, it's crisp and dry. The acidity and subtle bitterness combine to create a well-balanced taste.
