Thanks a lot, the first part. 11 bottles of sake plus 20 bottles arrived yesterday. It has been a long time since I have had mansaku flowers. It's like Bon Festival, Christmas, and New Year's all came at once. This sake is made by collecting the drops of water that fall from the bottom of the bottle. The white ratio is 45%, and it has been stored at a low temperature for almost a year.
The fruity start, soft sweetness, and acidity are elegant. The first time I drank mansaku-no-hana was about 40 years ago, and the flavor profile was probably different. I don't remember what it tasted like then, but I am happy to be reunited with an old friend.
