The rice used is Yamadanishiki produced in Ashibetsu, Hokkaido.
Yamadanishiki from Hokkaido⁉️
I had never thought about this since I started to like Sake.
I was as shocked as when Komadai Tomakomai won the Koshien championship for the first time in summer, and I have nothing but respect for Mr. Kato's efforts, which may have been partly due to changes in the natural environment.
Anyway, the bottom line is whether it is good or not, and it was a very well made sake❣️.
It's a new sake, so you can feel the youthfulness and the sweetness is strong.
It is easy to drink because there is no dullness and there is little miscellaneous taste.
It is a refreshing and delicious sake!
We enjoyed this precious bottle of sake that has made its mark on history.
