I read the label and found that it was served as a food sake at the Ise-Shima Summit. I was convinced.
In a good sense, it is not overbearing and has a refreshing aftertaste.
It would be great with strong flavored food.
But it would also go well with sushi.
It is also delicious when cooled down.
I poured out the amount I was going to drink and chilled it in the freezer while drinking. The sake cup is made by Nosaku.
