ちゃいるThe brand is based on the concept of "sake recommended by the hour" called HINEMOS, and the 4 o'clock (YOJI) product was redesigned as a cherry blossom. The whole brand itself has a stylish design that looks like wine, and I can't wait to try them all!
And this cherry blossom one is honestly just sweet. For those who are not comfortable with sake, this is a sweet sake that doesn't look like sake and can be enjoyed with gusto. Sweetness is welcome, but for me, I would have liked a little more acidity.
