Koshinoshiratori Tokubetsu Junmai Hi-iri Nara Sake
Rice: Takane-Nishiki
This is the first time I've had Koshinoshiratori.
I was looking for a spicy sake that I liked, and this is the best hit I've had recently!
I prefer sweet sake, but the balance of spiciness and sweetness is good, and the aftertaste is crisp and easy to drink!
It does have a Niigata-style sake feel to it!
I'd buy Koshinoshiratori again next time it's on sale.
