Kumakichi
The second bottle for Aizan comparison is Houou Mita Black Phoenix
When I drank this one for the first time last year, I was impressed by its sweet flavor and refreshing aftertaste.
This year, perhaps because it was after the Eiko-Fuji we just drank, the aroma and the first sip of the sweet-tart flavor were refreshing.
It is very possible that the Eiko Fuji was so gorgeous and rich in sweetness and flavor that I felt it was too light, but it was delicious with a pleasantly smooth acidity and sharpness.
