When opened, the aroma is mild.
When you put it in your mouth, the deliciousness of rice comes in a flurry and it finishes dry.
At first, it was very smooth and I was enjoying it, but after the third glass, it started to feel heavy and I decided to drink it over several days.
When I drank it later
The first time I drank it, the sweetness of the rice came out and it became more mellow and tender, which I prefer.
However, the dryness was almost gone, so if you prefer the first taste, you should ❌...
I thought Haneya was a sweet and easy-drinking sake, but I was surprised that Clear Blue is quite dry.
I actually got infected with corona here, which I didn't get at all when clusters and other things were popular, and I haven't had a drink in about 20 days of alcohol.
Maybe that's why I felt drier than usual this time 💦.
It's hiyaoroshi season around here, but there are still some summer sake left...
I'll replace it soon.

Hi Nokoaki 😃
We got this one the year before last too 😋.
I don't know what it tasted like after that 😆.

Hi Jai & Nobby ☀️
I think it is indeed a blink-and-you'll-miss-it taste for dry lovers (lol).
And it was nice and clear 🍶.
It's a good thing about sake that the taste changes later in the day, but it certainly can be a blink of an eye when it's to your liking (lol).
