On a consecutive holiday for the first time in a while, I went out a bit to procure alcohol.
I found and bought a bottle of raw Kido, which I hadn't had for a long time.
Melon aroma, sweetness comes, sourness comes, and finally the spiciness disappears.
The best guess is sashimi and homemade oden, they go well together.
