We had a meal paired with sake at Kinonene CAMP, a sake brewery glamping facility.
It wasn't part of the pairing, but since it was a sake available only here at Kinonene Omoya, I couldn't resist asking for it...and I drank it!
The sake is made in the traditional way, and they don't make a lot of it. It was very clear and refreshing, with just the right amount of acidity and a mild, pleasant taste. Delicious.
The fifth item, served with seikogani crab!
