This is one of the best sake from Saku🍶 I was given this sake by a very important junior colleague of mine, and it is one that I have been wanting to try. I like Saku's sake because it is easy to drink with a delicious flavor, and Kotsusan Ichidokimizu is a supreme sake that has been refined to its fullest potential. It was more like an extension of the elegant flavor of Masanotomo than the calm and delicious hiyaoroshi. The impression of grape-like flavor is so strong that you don't feel much alcohol, and you can keep on drinking.
