Osaka Prefecture. Katano City. Yamano Sake Brewing Company.
"Tomorona Junmai Daiginjo Katano Yamadanishiki.
Akishika is famous, but there's a good sake brewery in Osaka too!
Yamano Shuzo near my house!
The main brand is Katano Sakura, but the best recommendation is Furona, a very limited local sake made from rice with local liquor stores.
It's really good!
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic)
Rice polishing ratio:48
Alcohol content:15 degrees
Serve cold.
As soon as you take it out of the refrigerator, the aroma is fruity.
The mouthfeel is refreshing, but with a subtle sweetness and richness.
When it's cold, it's like white wine, and even people who don't like sake can drink it easily.
As the temperature rises, the spiciness and the sharpness of the sake increase.
There is a little sourness followed by spiciness.
The spiciness while feeling the richness is delicious and suitable for drinking while eating.
It is a nice Osaka sake that is refreshing and has a rich and spicy taste.
There is another version that is pressed in a bag, but I prefer that one because it is clearer and less spicy.

Mr. Speech, you drank Furona before, didn't you? This is really a famous sake in Osaka! I make a note of it myself, but I forget it easily, so please use it somewhere else... (lol) By the way, you can get Furona if you participate in rice planting!
