Today I went back home and bought a souvenir from a liquor store in Tokyo🗼...Ibaraki's Raifuku Jungin🍶.
This one happened to be at a tasting event at Hasegawa Sake Shop in the Solamachi shopping arcade... 🙆It's cosy, under 1500 yen, and I was attracted by the convenience of the PET bottle instead of the bottle 🙆I bought it 💴.
I drank a little at the tasting, but opened the bottle at home again 🍶.
The aroma is only faint 🤔.
The moment you take a sip, the sweetness and umami in the mouth is a good salted 👌After that, the spiciness comes in moderately and you can feel the heat in your throat from the spiciness in the aftertaste. 🙂↕️
I personally like it as a food sake 😊.
It seems to go well with meat dishes such as yakitori, especially with a slightly darker flavor⭕️
I think it has a good finish with the balance you want for everyday drinking at a good price point 🥰.
But in terms of taste... the "Soraki" from the Shinzawa Brewery that I drank yesterday was delicious 🤣.
I can understand well when I compare the taste...that can (or bottle) of sake is not to be underestimated 😅.

Raifuku-san is a brand I had seen in Hiroshima... but the plastic bottle was a novelty. ❗️ It's risky to check a bottle in a suitcase, so I'm glad it was also light 🤭.
