The wife bought this local sake for New Year's.
After all, we finally opened the bottle on the last day of the New Year.
This is Kamitaka by Eigashima Shuzo, a famous brewery in Akashi.
The gorgeous label is eye-catching 👀.
The aroma is not as strong as the label suggests, with a mild ginjo aroma.
The taste is mellow. I wonder if this is a characteristic of the middle-priced sake.
At 16% alcohol, it's a solid drinker, but the mild flavor and gentle aroma without any corners makes me feel at ease ✨.
It was a good sake!
