The overall impression is of hardness, including the mouthfeel. It has a moderate umami flavor, but the aftertaste is crisp.
The description says the aroma is reminiscent of bananas, so I thought it was bananas.
I personally have never had this kind of aroma before.
According to the brewery's website, it is recommended to be served at room temperature or warmed.
