My favorite ★★☆☆☆☆☆ Rice: Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 65 The overall impression is of hardness, including the mouthfeel. It has a moderate umami flavor, but the aftertaste is crisp. The description says the aroma is reminiscent of bananas, so I thought it was bananas.
