なぎすけContinuing on my business trip to Niigata, I bought Shijikizuru (snow) at a supermarket. The price is cheaper than in Kanto. I was worried about the price, but I chose the top-ranked sake "Yuki". It was extremely cold outside, so I had no hesitation in heating it up. The aroma is sweet from the rice, but not fruity, but refreshing. In the mouth, it is light and easy to drink with a gentle sweetness and sourness and a clean aftertaste. It would go well with Niigata's delicious seafood and crab🦀. Tonight's accompaniment is Niigata's famous kaki no tane (persimmon seeds). Wasabi flavor and dried firefly squid.
