After that, bubbles of acidity spread strongly as if popping, and at the same time, a structure of umami can be felt. Toward the finish, bitterness spreads slightly. This bitterness, combined with the acidity, leaves a pleasant lemon-like aftertaste.
It may be a dry wine, but it is not boring to drink and is suitable for eating. It is very good.
