Hiyoroshi" is a 3-year-old Japanese sake made from hiya oroshi. The mouthfeel is fruity and sweet. The sweetness does not linger, but there is no acidity or sharpness. Yamadanishiki, junmai ginjo, 55%, about 2000 yen, Otsuka Sake Shop in Honmachi.
