I was looking for the Shinsei Blanco Sparkling, but the fridge is too small so I gave up 😭I bought the recommended horse sashimi as a snack 😊While I can't eat raw meat year after year, horse sashimi is legitimately good to eat 😁I want to eat raw liver 😭.
Yamadanishiki is raw sake, Junmai-shu and Junmai-ginjo are once-heated. It's still fresh, juicy, and sharp. All are delicious, but I personally like the junmai sake the best. I feel that the Nama-shu and Ginjo are more delicious... but I guess it's the first impact, right? 😅That was delicious - thanks for the treat 🙏.
Horse Sashimi strangely goes well with Kyushu soy sauce😊I wonder why? 🤔
