K
Slightly fruity, typical of Shinshu Kamerei.
The aroma is reminiscent of apple and muscat, but the taste is clearer and more beautiful than Miyamanishiki (perhaps due to the difference in the raw hi-ire).
On the other hand, it is more floral than Hitogokochi, and has a little more acidity, but of course the balance of sweet and sour is very good!
The finish is crisp, with a bit of bitterness and a beautiful tightness.
