As we were about to leave, the waiter said he had another bottle of Jyushiyo and started to open it.
It was simply delicious, partly due to the freshness of the first sip.
I guess it had a strong umami flavor.
I couldn't keep a proper record because it was the last drink of the tour, but it was good without any difficulties.
I thought it was indeed Jyushiyo.
I don't think the name is everything, and there are many minor sake that are good, but the famous ones have their own merits.
It's not easy to buy sake, so I'll be thankful that I was lucky enough to come across it. It was a good day.
