Enjoy once a year Tasake's Special Junmai Namaishu 😃🎵.
It's been sitting in the fridge for about 2 months since I bought it.
My uncle's body is sore from skiing🎿 the day before... c(>_<.) Si*.
But I got some good sashimi, so I'm going to open a bottle hoping that drinking it will cure it 🤣.
The aroma is sweet like pear 🍐 and the same impression on the palate, with sweetness spreading first followed by sourness and umami 😋.
The overall balance and the sharpness from the sweetness and umami are perfect for my taste 😃✌️
