Petit farewell party from Monday at Jii restaurant.
A graduation party for a student who has been working with us for about 2 years and a farewell party for a graduate student's degree review.
The restaurant was left to us, so we went to a restaurant where we could drink delicious sake.
I was going to make a reservation at RIKI, but the restaurant was closed on that day.
I found a new restaurant that opened last month and was curious about it, so I made a reservation.
When I made the reservation, the manager asked me what kind of sake I liked, and I requested that I hadn't had Yamamoto recently and, come to think of it, there was information about a pink label in stock.
The first glass of sake was Yamamoto Uki Uki Uki!
The pink label of this spring-like sake.
It is sweet and tasty with a bitter aftertaste, and as is typical of Yamamoto, has a clean finish.
It has a nice spring-like floral flavor 🥰.
I haven't had Yamamoto for a while, but it's good as a food sake.
