Kab
It is still January and the New Year, but the sake has an unlucky name. There is no information about it except that it is a junmai sake.
First, it was served at room temperature.
As expected, there is an aroma of aging, but it does not have a strong medicinal smell.
In the mouth, it has an umami of rice (not too strong), followed by a sweetness like mirin (sweet sake), and then a slightly bitter taste that finishes with a sharp taste.
When heated, the higher the temperature, the more the acidity takes over. 40℃ is good for the sweetness, while at 50℃, the bitterness and acidity seem to hide the sweetness.
It is sweet, relatively easy to drink, and a well-made aged sake. It can be served at room temperature.
It would be nice if it were more easily available.

Kab-san konban-ha!
This sake was sold at Sakamoto-san in Morioka 😊.
We were scared so we bought only 300ml 😅

Erin, thank you for your comment 🙇.
I see, Sakamoto-san has it!
I thought it was an aged sake that is quite easy to drink at room temperature or lukewarm.
