Kinmon-nishiki is a sake rice produced in Nagano Prefecture and protected by Ishikawa Prefecture. It is said to be difficult to grow, but it has recently been cultivated in Nagano Prefecture.
It has also received G1 certification.
The most important thing about the taste is that it is full-bodied, light and bubbly, and has a sweet aroma.
