Cold sake
Pale rhumune. Nostalgic aroma.
Drink. A perfect completion. I can't describe it. It's the image of Kubota's own yeast brewed Manju, laid down for a couple of years and finished with a firm and solid finish. After swallowing, the impression is different from other sakes I've had. It has a richness that lingers without being unpleasant and invites you to enjoy it with snacks. It is a sake that makes you realize once again that sake is a food wine.
35°C
It is very, very pale. Morning dew gathered on taro leaves. The aroma of ripe fruit came on the wind.
Drink. Really, really gentle. Everything is pale. Perfectly spherical. The way the bitterness enters and spreads is gentle and kind. When I swallowed it, everything but the happiness and joy disappeared.
45℃.
At this temperature of 10 degrees Celsius, it is a little stagnant. The ecstasy level rises!
Drink. All the elements have become a bit angular and assertive. Still, the balance remains intact. The same trinity as ever. The same old unquestionable. After a pause, I suddenly realized that my cheeks were hanging slackly
60°C
The rice-like sensation soars. It's just like steamed rice!
Drink it. It has an overwhelming sense of top sugar to the extent that it is unraveling and crunching at the bottom. And yet, it is refreshing, and the bitterness tightens the aftertaste. When you swallow it, it's no good. There are too few margins to write.

Thank you for your comment! I'm more of a kanji person than a hiragana person. I love the feeling of "I'm drinking sake! I like the feeling of drinking sake. And it's not too flashy.
This Daiginjo is limited to 600 bottles nationwide, so hurry if you want to buy one!
