I bought this sake because I wanted to drink a sake made from Kame-no-o.
Like the Natsuko Monogatari Shiboritate that I drank the other day from the same brewery, this sake had a consistent taste that lasted from the beginning to the end of drinking, with a great sense of clarity.
I was shocked by this.
Is this transparency a characteristic of Kusumi Shuzo's sake? Or does careful craftsmanship result in this kind of flavor?
I would like to try "Kame no O" from this brewery someday.
