This Yamama arrived in the September hanpukai. My brother was back home, so I opened the bottle at lunch time.
It was lightly over 30 degrees Celsius that day. It was dangerous to go gubby, so we had the same amount of water ready for him.
As expected of Nakadori, the rice is very rich.
Next month, we are planning to go to Joetsu Takata for the Kenshin Sake Festival.
This year, I will focus on this place and Tenryo Sake.
But I wonder if there will be any exhibits from the mountains.
Yesterday we had the second day of the bottle at dinner and it is very rich and tasty 😃.
