Shirakiku" is named after the "white chrysanthemum" flower in autumn, when sake is at its most mature, and "Daisen" after the honor prize it received at a national sake competition in the year of Emperor Showa's accession to the throne.
I tried it because it claims to be for carbonated drinks only, and it says it's 1:2 with lots of ice (......), but it's best as it is😅
I don't like to drink sake (in this case, sake) mixed with other drinks, so maybe it's just not for me. Without ice, it has a brassy smell, so I prefer to dilute it with ice and chill it.
Tasting it as it is, it is certainly made to be enjoyed with a splash. It is not spectacular, but it is robust, dense, and full of flavor. If only it were a little sweeter and more acidic. Slightly yellowish, with few legs, thin but strong.

After a month, it has become much mellower and sweeter. It tastes much better if you let it sit after opening. Cracked open? No, I don't think so. ......
