It's the 22BY of Azuma Tsuru 🍶.
I didn't take a picture, but there was a black ooze-like substance floating in the poured sake😅.
First, it was served cold.
The first aroma was indescribable.
The sweetness that is typical of Azumatsuru is still there in the mouth.
Next, warmed sake.
The top aroma is still very twitchy.
The sweetness expands as it warms up, but the hiney aroma gets in the way and ruins everything 😂.
