＜Lightly cloudy, complex, fluffy and acidic
This is a test brew, limited to the Hump Party, from Aizu Shurakukan Watanabe Sota Shoten, a sake store in Aizuwakamatsu City.
The color is light nigori.
The aroma is nigori-like sweet, bitter, acidic, and delicious. It has the sweetness of banana, the bitterness of lees, lactic acidity, and the deliciousness of rice. It is very good.
In the mouth, the complex sweet, sour, and bitter taste of nigori is felt. From there, the flavor slowly opens up. It has lactic acidity, lychee acidity, and the soft sweetness of white beans. The umami bitterness is also gradually released. In the latter half, the acidity gets more and more pronounced, but it's not bad at all. It was delicious!

This sake is like Yuko from "Ears to the Sky" in Ghibli. She is a friend of the main character, Shizuku, who likes Sugimura, a member of the baseball team, but loses her heart in the process. She has a sweet and sour adolescence with a hint of bitterness from a broken heart. But the ending has a good aftertaste because she seems to be meeting up with Sugimura.
