SAMURAIZ
After reflecting on my previous purchase of junmai sake at a nearby supermarket at a premium, I secured it this time with my hometown tax payment. There is no sense of gas.
After swallowing, the aroma of gorgeous capueti wafts through the nose, followed by a fresh acidity, and then the taste is quickly quenched. It is the deliciousness of Yamada-Nishiki.
It is as cosy as its reputation.
I envy those who can always buy a bottle of this Jun Dai No. 4 for 1,540 yen.
It is good enough to drink by itself, but today, when there is no WBC game against Japan, I enjoyed it at dinner with sui-gyoza (dumplings) with a lot of vegetables. It goes well with lightly seasoned soup. Oh, as I thought, I almost had a bottle of No. 4.
