Nabeshima特別純米酒 Classic 白菊
ばんばんぶー
Soft sweetness and acidity, followed by a chili-like light gassy sensation, which turns softly to bitterness as the wine is swallowed, and then breaks off quickly.
I had an image of Nabeshima as fruity, but this sake is quite dry.
Rather than the aftertaste being cut off by a taste other than sweetness, I would say that it is a dry sake with little sweetness to begin with.
I am glad that this is my favorite type of sake.
