I bought some sake that I hadn't planned to buy because it was a hidden rare sake from Niigata.
It was highly praised by Arashi, a Japanese singer, who praised the sake.
I did not expect it to be as good as I thought it would be, but it was even better than I expected, with a wonderful spread of rice flavor that is unique to junmai sake, and a great aroma and mouthfeel!
It also had a herbaceousness like Yamasan Masamune, which I like. It also had a herb-like flavor like my favorite Yamasan Masamune, which was even better.
