Shin-GinRice polishing ratio 60%, alcohol 16
This sake is so beautiful that it seems to be a Junmai Daiginjo.
It is very tasty with a slight sweetness.
The protein reduction effect of 60% flat milled rice = 40% spherical milled rice is well expressed.
I was surprised when I tried a sake with 80% polished rice, but I was even more surprised than that.
I highly recommend it❗.
