Kameizumi's Gin no Yume🐢.
The yeast is AC-95, not CEL-24.
The initial aroma is sweet with a slight 🍍 flavor.
In the mouth, it has a mild 🍍 flavor with a sweet flavor.
It finishes with a slight astringency.
It is not as gorgeous or sweet as CEL-24, but personally I think it is just right.
It was delicious 🍶✨
