A few weeks after my first dose of Sharaku.
I was able to get my hands on some again!
The specs last time were Junmai-shu, so
I'm curious about the difference in taste...
What do you think of the taste?
Even though it is Junmai Ginjo
Despite being a Junmai Ginjo, it has a stronger rice flavor, aroma, and richness than Junmaishu.
I felt it was stronger than Junmai-shu!
It has the melon-like taste that is typical of Sharaku, but

The end is smooth and clean.
As the rice is polished
I thought the taste would become more delicate
I was very surprised by this result.
I still have a lot to learn!
