I've had many of Sentori's seasonal sake, but I haven't been able to get my hands on their regular sake, and Jay & Nobby had encouraged me to buy the "Modern Sentori Mukun" in their comments! 🍶.
I bought it because I heard that Sentori is going to renew their brand name soon and I might lose my current brand name... and that was also a deciding factor for me. ✌️
A little bit gassy!
It has a strong acidity! The first taste is very strong, then the sourness is gone and the grapefruit flavor comes out. The taste itself is dilute, and the aftertaste is not so strong.
The taste itself is dilute and overflows with Senkou-ness in a way that leaves no aftertaste 💦💦.
As the word "innocent" suggests, the taste is free of clutter. ✨️
The initial sourness peaks and then goes away with the flavor, it was like a roller coaster ride lol 🎢.
The taste was so instantaneous that my hand never stopped.
Don't stop..." 💃.
And this fresh and clear taste is very typical of Sentori...!
I can only say that a standard sake of this quality is quintessential!

Good morning, v0ru.😃
Oh! You went for the Senkou classic 🤗 roller coaster from peak acidity 🎢 is an interesting expression to say ‼️ can't stop it 😚.
I'm glad I was able to give it a boost 😊.

Jay & Nobby, thank you for every comment!
The standard sake is still delicious! So much so that it's comparable to serving it as a limited edition sake! 😳
I hope to drink a lot of the current sake before it gets a facelift👍.
