Polishing rice 50%.
I heard that it was sweet and slightly effervescent, so I drank it with Akabu in mind.
When I opened the bottle, I heard a fizzy sound that made me expect a fizzy taste.
It has a sweet aroma. It's a sweet sake with a lot of sugar. There is also a slight fizziness to it.
This is delicious. I should have bought a four-pack bottle!
