I have recently become newly addicted to Kame no Kai, a sake from Nagano.
I've had a lot of Nagano sake, but this is one of my personal favorites!
It's beautiful and juicy, but with a dry aftertaste.
It is hard to find a place where you can buy it, but it is well worth the trouble!
It is a brand I would like to continue to follow!
