I opened the bottle as soon as I got the other Jikin series!
The fire-roasted Senbon-Nishiki was clean and crisp, but the raw juices were ahead of the others, but the cleanness was still there 😍.
The bitterness might come a little later...?
I heard from my master that the taste change on the second day is great, so I left a little more and finished it........
I don't have much to say about the taste of Jikin...delicious 🥳.
