Like gin-lime. Slightly unusual aroma.
A little syrupy on the palate.
The entrance has a freshness like Yamadanishiki,
It is sweet and delicious and surprisingly voluminous at the back of the tongue.
After a certain degree of lift, it does not falter, and the acidity gives it a sharp edge.
3/5 for my favorite.
Liver cooked at low temperature is so good!
