hanpukai I heard it was brewed with brown rice. It's brown! What is the aroma? I thought it was the usual Shinsei, but when I smelled it, it was different. Hinomaru Akadama wine...? Or is it like that? If I say it smells like a wooden barrel, it smells like a wooden barrel... strange! I think it tastes like that too. Fuji, the tin and acidity increase, but there is no big difference.
