I wasn't going to drink today, but I still can't stop. After all, we have quite a stock of it at home now, so it's nice to know that I don't have to hold back.
So, this time it was Fukunaga. It was my first time to try it, but I fell in love with the label at first sight. It has a clean and elegant design. It says "dry," so I bought it to see what it would be like.
Let's try it. Yes, this is delicious. I knew there were a lot of delicious sake that I didn't know about. After discovering Kaze no Mori, I felt that I could not underestimate the sake of the west.
It is tingling in the mouth and spreads a good dry flavor. But if you say it's dry, it is, but honestly, it's not that dry. I think it's a gentle dryness that you can usually drink on its own leisurely. Above all, the balance is good. It's not too floral, not too spicy, not too modern, but it feels new. Well, you'll understand if you drink it. (laughs).
It says on the label that it is soft and dry, and that is exactly what it is. It may be good for dry sake beginners.
I think it is an honorable sake that can be served with any accompaniment. After all, this is the kind of sake that you drink the most. I recommend it!
