I'm not sure if this was the right first Koei Kiku, But I did find out that it is a brewery that brews good sake. The first time I opened the bottle, it smelled like a wooden vat? The aroma was like that of a wooden vat, It reminded me of Shinmasa, a sake I had a long time ago, but I recognized it as Koueikiku's color. I think Snow Crescendo is next! The flavor of the wooden vat is unique and a differentiating factor, so it seems like everyone can get their hands on it, but it's difficult to control the temperature and so on. I thought that brewing sake in a wooden vat without letting it burn down is a skill in itself. I'm not sure if this is Saga or Akita, but I don't understand it yet. I'm still not sure if it's Saga, but if it's Akita, it's not. It could be Ogi for sure!
