Denshu特別純米酒 山廃仕込
じじ
We will be served Tasake, which we had found a special distributor and bought. The sake rice, Hanabukiyuki, is Aomori's own brand name, named after the cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Castle.
I imagined it would be heavy because it is made from Yamahai sake, but it is surprisingly sweet. It goes well with strong side dishes.
The second picture is a penguin I saw in Shinjuku.
