A comparison of Suidama's special junmai-shu and junmai-ginjo
I'm not sure how much the taste has changed, but it seems to be fine.
I don't know how much the taste has changed, but it seems to be okay. Both have a semedyne type aroma, and I can't really tell the difference in aroma.
As for the taste, I still prefer the robust special junmai sake.
