Tonight we had #Sasasamune Special Junmai Nigori from Kitakata City, Fukushima Prefecture. This is a favorite that I have been buying for the past three years.
Very creamy on the palate with a slight bubbly taste. It goes down your throat smoothly.
It is not so sweet and can be easily paired with nabe dishes, Chinese food, etc.
